BNVD-HUNTER Binocular Night Vision Device

Overview

The BNVD-HUNTER is a dual-tube binocular night vision device sold in three tube grades. The housing, the optics and the controls are identical across all three — what changes, and what you are paying for, is the image intensifier pair inside. Grade A is an auto-gated high-FOM pair, for ground with street lights, vehicle headlights or other artificial light. Grade C uses dual-contact raised-screen tubes at a lower FOM and is the way into a true dual-tube binocular instead of a single-tube unit. All three sit on standard helmet mounts and bridges, and all three accept a 3x magnifier using the PVS-14 interface, sold separately, when you need to identify something further out.

How to Operate

1) Fit the unit to your helmet mount or bridge and lock it in the operating position;

2) Fit the 3x magnifier (sold separately) when you need to identify something further out;

Compatibility

Standard helmet mounts and bridges. A 3x magnifier using the PVS-14 interface fits all three grades and is sold separately.
